Fields--> Note, TYUL has one soccer field (two ultimate fields) per time slot, their fields are numbered as seen on the field map HERE. Here's a list of the fields TYUL has reserved and the following dates.

• Games will be timed. 45 minutes per half with a mandatory 15 minute half time.
• 2 Time Out's per half.
• Field will be 55 by 30 yards with 15 yard end zones

In order for our league to have liability insurance, we need certain paperwork filled out by each participant and their parent/guardian. We need the following before you can step foot on a ultimate field!! Please give to your forms to your coach.

All players need to fill out:

• 1. Waiver (*You do NOT need a waiver if you are a UPA member)
• 2. Medical Authorization Form

All coaches must fill out:

• 1. A Chaperone Form

*** Coaches please note, you must have your players Medical Authorization Forms on you at ALL games and practices. Team waivers and chaperone forms should be handed into a board member.
